Today I bicycled (25 M) and swam (1 M) to accumulate the necessary 100 Miles for Hope. I will continue to add miles as time goes on. Later in September a few friends and I will be riding the Greater Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C. (350 M).
