On Sunday, Feb. 16, the John J. Morris Post 62 (Peoria, Ariz.) welcomed back the clean comedy show. This is the third show in the last year, two of which helped raise money for Boys State and Girls State. As always, the show started with the whole group joining in with a singer on the national anthem and then "America the Beautiful." Three comedians then entertained the crowd for over 90 minutes. Prior to the show, the Auxiliary provided a wonderful meal for everyone. The final entertainer, Jim Perry, Navy veteran, put on a great show as headliner. Everyone was still sharing their favorite parts of the shows afterwards. Laughter is great medicine! Everyone is looking forward to another show in early summer.
