Legion post adopts a cemetery

Sugar Hill, GA

In 2022, American Legion Post 127 in Georgia has a member whose son suddenly died on active duty. They were buried in a local cemetery. Many members were so touched by this loss that the post decided to adopt this cemetery for Wreaths across America. Since then, this city cemetery in Monroe, Ga., has become the recipient of wreaths each year. The post has already purchased wreaths for Christmas 2024.
