Adm. Arthur F. Spring American Legion Post 4 (Olongapo, Philippines) held their annual POW/MIA Recognition Day on Sept. 20. The post conducted a ceremony honoring those who were prisoners of war (POWs) and those who are still missing in action (MIAs). A potluck meal and raffle were also held on this day.
