On Oct. 12. John J. Morris Post 62 (Peoria, Ariz.) Legion Riders and supporters came together for a miraculous event - Oktoberfest. People worked very hard for weeks to put it together, and their efforts were rewarded with over 200 people buying tickets and enjoying the meal. Lots of German food and desserts were enjoyed. There was a great band in the social quarters to help dance off some of that food. Christine is lead cook for the event each year, and she was a shining star again.
