William L. Scafe, first vice commander of American Legion Post 38, South Korea, in September 2022 attended the graduation of the Basic Leader Course Class at the 8th Army Wightman NCO Academy, Camp Humphreys, South Korea. During the graduation ceremony, Scafe presented Specialist Ariane D. Aquino, the Distinguished Honor Graduate, an American Legion Certificate of School Award and an annual membership in Post 38.
