American Legion Post 109 in Corona de Tucson, Ariz., is the charter organization of Boy Scout Troop 770.

The Scoutmaster for Troop 770 is an active-duty CW4 U.S. Army Blackhawk pilot. His name is Jason Hendricks. Jason leads by example and encourages patriotism in Troop 770.

On Memorial Day (and other occasions when flying the flag is highly symbolic), the Scouts assemble early at the post and decorate the white fence with 50 flags. The flags are properly saluted as they're put up, and again when they're taken down before sundown.
