On 9/11/2001 when the United States was attacked, I planted my American flag in front of my house in Pennsylvania. It remained there day and night in all types of weather.
Every 9/11 to this day, I proudly fly that flag for 24 hours in remembrance of those who lost their lives that day.
It's faded and tattered, but it still flies proudly.
