Chriss R. Moen, MSG, U. S. Army (retired) is second vice commander of Post 15 in Kent, Wash., and a life member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter A-One # 33 in Kent.

Moen is also a member of the Post 15 Honor/Color Guard for the Legion and Tahoma National Cemetery. He carried the Post 15 Legion flag during opening ceremonies for the annual Kent Cornucopia Days Parade on July 7.
