Bayou Liberty Post 374 holds golf volunteer/sponsor appreciation dinner

Slidell, LA

On June 30, Bayou Liberty Post 374 - located at 2233 Carey St., Slidell, La. - held its annual fundraiser golf tournament Volunteer & Sponsor Appreciation Dinner. The golf tournament is the post's opportunity to raise funds for United States Veterans Service Dogs and was held on April 12. Through the hard work of many post volunteers, the kindness and support of our amazing sponsors, and the long hours put in by our outstanding Post Family volunteers, the post was able to present a check for $9,700 to this very worthy cause.

United States Veterans Service Dogs is doing life-changing things for veterans in need by providing highly trained service dogs for free to those who need them. We are excited to be a part of their journey, and look forward to a continued and growing partnership with them in years to come.
