Holley-Riddle Post 21 receives charter from Scout Troop 226

Scout Troops 226B and 226G presented Post 21 with framed copies of their charters during the February monthly meeting. Troop 226 leader Rudy Kamman, along with a contingent of leaders and Scouts, made the presentation to the post membership in appreciation for the post's sponsorship and guidance. Legionnaires Jeanie and John Beal serve as the Post 21 Scout liaisons, playing a vital role in fostering this partnership and ensuring that the spirit of Scouting and service continues to thrive.
Both Troops 226 and Post 21 share common values including truthfulness, honor, Americanism and a commitment to shaping young individuals into responsible citizens with strong morals and a dedication to community service. Troop 226 has been a pillar of the community in The Colony, Texas, for over 40 years, instilling these principles in generations of young Scouts.
This collaboration continues a proud tradition of service and leadership, strengthening the bond between Scouts and veterans in their shared mission of community engagement and civic responsibility.
